1. Overview
Stuward LTD operates Toobe, an AI-powered English learning platform that provides students with an interactive and personalized language-learning experience. Users can set goals and complete two introductory lessons free of charge. To access unlimited lessons, users may subscribe to a monthly plan.

2. Refund and Dispute Policy
- All subscription payments are processed on a monthly basis.
- Refunds are granted at our sole discretion. If you encounter any issues with the service, please contact us at eli@askstu.co so we can investigate and resolve your dispute promptly.
- Disputes regarding billing or service performance must be reported within 30 days of the charge. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
- All billing disputes and service-related issues are subject to the governing laws of the applicable jurisdiction. By using our service, you agree to resolve disputes in accordance with these laws.

3. Cancellation Policy
- Users may cancel any future recurring subscription charges at any time prior to the next billing date.
- Cancellation can be completed via your account settings on the Toobe platform (we use Stripe for billing).
- Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current billing cycle.
- There are no cancellation fees. Cancellation does not affect any potential refunds due for service interruptions as outlined in our Refund and Dispute Policy.

4. Amendments
- Stuward LTD reserves the right to update or amend these Terms of Use at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or on our website.
- Continued use of the service following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
